Return & Refunds
We accept returns for refund within 15 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Store credit may also be available.
Return Eligibility
All returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free of makeup, deodorant, and signs of wear
For hygiene reasons, intimates must be tried on over underwear. We reserve the right to to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
Final Sale
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- All panties
- Items marked Final Sale
- Promotional or limited-edition drops designated as final sale
Exceptions apply where required by law.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different size or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.
Processing & Shipping
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after your return is received. Refund posting times vary by financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. Return shipping instructions will be provided once your request is approved. Pretty Kitty Klub covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Received something that isn't quite right? Email kitty@prettykittyklub.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll help resolve the issue.
Promotions & Bundles
Refunds on promotional, discounted, or bundled purchases may be adjusted to reflect the final pricing of items kept.
