Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for refund within 30 days of your order date.

• Refunds are issued to your original form of payment
• Store credit is available for quick exchanges or future purchases

To be accepted, all returns must meet the following:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be intact
• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, or wear

For hygiene reasons, intimates must be tried on over underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• All panties
• Items marked Final Sale
• Promotional or limited-edition drops (where noted)

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend:

• Returning your original item
• Placing a new order to secure your preferred piece

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
• Once received, please allow 5–10 business days for processing
• Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

If you received an item that isn’t quite right, email us at kitty@prettykittyklub.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

If your order included a promotion, discount, or bundled offer, your refund will reflect any adjusted pricing based on returned items.
